This website

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In practice that means the site works from the keyboard alone, respects your operating system’s reduced-motion setting, uses text contrast that meets or exceeds the AA thresholds, carries proper headings and landmarks for screen readers, and does not depend on colour alone to convey meaning.

If you hit something that does not work for you, please tell us at hello@roomcohotels.com. We treat accessibility bugs as bugs and fix them.

Our hotels

Both buildings are in design and construction, which is the right moment to get this correct rather than retrofit it. We are designing for step-free access at the main entrance, accessible rooms on multiple floors rather than only one, accessible WCs in all public areas, and clear wayfinding.

Full access statements for each hotel — with room dimensions, door widths, hearing loop provision and everything else you need to plan a stay — will be published on each hotel’s page before opening.

If there is something specific you need in order to stay with us, write to us and ask. It is a better use of your time than reading a statement.
