Our Hotels

Two in Dublin,
and more to come.

Each one takes its name, its materials and its manners from the street it stands on. What they share is how they are made.

Bolton Street, Dublin 1

The Bolton

Where the Markets meet the Georgian north city — a hotel on Bolton Street, in the oldest, least-polished, most interesting quarter of Dublin.

The Bolton sits on the hinge between two Dublins: the red-brick trade of the Markets to the west, and the grey limestone grandeur of Henrietta Street and the King’s Inns to the east. It is a part of town that has been working for three hundred years and has never much cared to be looked at. We think that is exactly the point.

Phibsborough, Dublin 7

Hotel Phizz

A neighbourhood hotel for Phibsborough — the village on the Royal Canal that has quietly become one of Dublin’s most characterful places to live.

Phibsborough — the Phizz — is a proper Dublin village that happens to be fifteen minutes from O’Connell Street. It has a canal, a cemetery full of the nation’s history, a botanic garden, a brutalist tower the locals have come to love, and a football ground that is the beating heart of the whole place.
